General Technical Office

The General Technical Service performs the following activities:

• general technical services;
• management of technological systems (air conditioning, water, fire);
• electrical engineering design of the layouts and floor plans of the related electrical systems;
• installation, control and development of the plants and of the MV transformer station;
• management, distribution and development of the local network "Area Net Work, Cometa, Grid";
• collaborates with the various research groups for the creation of equipped spaces or laboratories suitable for the implementation of experimental equipment;
• collaboration with the Central University for the functioning of the Departmental structure, in particular: realization, through a CAD station, of the plans for the preparation of the security plan, realization of the planning and control of the execution, entrusted to third parties, of the various structural adjustments required.
